trasformare router NETGEAR in un Hub

hi, 
 I have DG834Gv3 
 I would like to know if is possible to setup this modem/roouter 
 to wok only as HUB 
 and NO connection 
 
 to insert in a lan with another router (which make connection on internet) 

 I think you have to set a different IP address in the DG834 and probably turn off DHCP.
